Sean McLeod

Sean McLeod is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and operations, currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing and Operations at Oracle since July 2010. In this role, Sean leads a supply chain operations team overseeing Oracle's cloud compute and storage products and coordinates with multiple contract manufacturers globally. Previously, Sean held various positions at Oracle, including Senior Manager of Supply Chain Program Management and Quality, focusing on global supply chain transformation, factory qualification, and capacity management. Sean's background includes significant engineering roles at other organizations, with a proven track record in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies that resulted in substantial cost reductions. Sean is also an advisory board member for the MEM program at McCormick School of Engineering and holds a Master of Engineering Management from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Northridge.
