Sera Nazaghi

Sera Nazaghi is an experienced professional in human resources and compensation management, currently serving as a GenO HCM Consultant at Oracle since September 2024. Responsibilities include developing Oracle HCM, customizing solutions, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams both locally and remotely, with a focus on HCM analysis and design.
