Shreya Gupta

Shreya Gupta is a Senior Talent Advisor at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure since April 2019, where responsibilities include managing the complete recruitment process across various technical roles and collaborating with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies. Previously, Shreya served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at a Recruitment Agency from July 2017 to April 2019, and as a Recruiter at Google from November 2015 to July 2017, focusing on the recruitment of product development roles. Shreya gained initial experience during a summer internship at PeopleStrong, handling recruitments for Fortune 500 companies. Educational qualifications include a PGPM in HRM from ICFAI Business School and a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Economics from the University of Rajasthan.
