Prior to Oracle, Taize held leadership positions at MUXI, Webb, Unisys, Vale, and Escelsa, with a strong focus on customer success, operational efficiency, and technology solution implementation. Taize holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Rio de Janeiro Federal University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Espírito Santo Federal University.
