Tracy Martin

Tracy Martin currently serves as the VP of Global Customer Success GTM Programs at Oracle, a position held since June 2006, where responsibilities include outbound product strategy, customer advocacy, and sales operations for HCM Cloud solutions. Prior roles at Oracle include Vice President of HCM Cloud Strategy and Sr. Director of HCM Cloud Strategy, both focusing on product strategy and investment planning. Tracy's earlier experience includes Sr. Director roles at Saba Software and Callidus Software, along with a position as Sr. Program Director at META Group / Gartner, specializing in HCM industry analysis. Tracy began a career at PeopleSoft, culminating in the role of Director of HCM Product Strategy. Tracy holds an MBA in Business and HR from Golden Gate University.
