Usha Sowjanya Sabbaarapu is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in IT recruitment. Currently serving as a Talent Advisor at Oracle since September 2023, Usha has previously held similar roles within the same company, focusing on building talent for various technical groups such as Cloud Engineering and Software Development. Before Oracle, Usha was a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Infosys, leading a team in recruitment for Java and Angular positions.
