Michelle Schamber is an experienced professional with a comprehensive background in network design and engineering leadership. Currently serving as a Board Member for Oral Health Partnership since December 2021, Michelle has held various roles at Schneider National since June 2001, including Network Design Manager, Engineering Manager, and Lead Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed tactical and strategic network design, management of engineering activities, and providing logistics engineering services. Prior experience includes consulting as a Logistics Engineer at Schneider Logistics from May 1997 to June 2001, paired with a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering specializing in Operations Research from the University of Manitoba, earned between 1990 and 1997.

Oral Health Partnership (OHP) improves the lives of our community’s children through quality dental care and education on the importance of oral health to their overall health. This helps them live happy, pain-free lives and focus on the business of being children. Through multiple clinics, school-based programs, and hospital services for children needing advanced care, we treat more than 12,000 underinsured and uninsured children yearly.
