Joe Dobbins

Pastor Joe Dobbins and his wife Kayla serve as the lead pastors of Twin Rivers Church in St. Louis, MO. Pastor Joe has a sincere passion for strengthening churches and equipping leaders. He has served many organizations, denominations, and thousands of pastors by expanding their leadership and ministry strategies. Pastor Joe authored “Formula 12,” a church revitalization course offered across the nation, and was recently elected to the Church of God International Executive Council, which serves 14,000 churches and 8 million people globally.
