Nigel McMillan is an experienced contractor and technical product manager with a diverse background in social development and analysis. Currently serving as a contractor at Oranga Tamariki—Ministry for Children since February 2022, Nigel has also contracted with Te Whatu Ora Capital, Coast and Hutt Valley from November 2022 to June 2023. Prior roles at the Ministry of Social Development include Technical Product Manager and various acting general management positions. Nigel's earlier experience includes management roles at Davanti Consulting and extensive project management and analytical work at MSD. Educational credentials include an Executive Master of Public Administration from ANZSOG and a Bachelor of Business in Economics from Massey University. Additional qualifications encompass certificates in Science and Technology and Arts, with a focus on Mathematics and Philosophy.
