Smahan Retayli

Smahan Retayli currently serves as the Head of Compliance at Orange Bank since January 2023. Prior to this role, Smahan Retayli was a Legal Counsel specializing in banking and financial law at ING Bank France from December 2015 to June 2023, providing regulatory advice related to investment services. Earlier experience includes working as a Juriste for investment services at CNCIF, managing controls for financial intermediaries, and serving as a Juriste for purchases at AXA, focusing on negotiation and contract management for various service acquisitions. Smahan Retayli began the professional career at Société Générale as a Juriste in banking law. Academic qualifications include a Maitrise in business law and taxation, as well as a DESS in banking and finance from University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and Université Paris Cité, respectively.
