Lauren Rabczak

Lauren Rabczak is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Sales Director of Specialty Channels at Orange Circle Studio since October 2025, Lauren has previously held prominent positions as Sales Director at Bella Tunno and as Director of Sales and Training at Anita Goodesign, where notable accomplishments include establishing effective training programs and consistently exceeding sales goals. Earlier career experiences include educational roles as an elementary teacher with Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools and the Abu Dhabi Education Council, as well as a Beauty Advisor for Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. Lauren holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Buffalo State University and a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education and Teaching from the State University of New York at Oswego.
