Joyce Boudoin

Chief Administrative Officer (cao) at Orange County Clerk of Courts

Joyce Boudoin has a diverse work experience, primarily in leadership and administrative roles. Since 2011, they have been working at the Orange County Clerk of Courts. Currently, they serve as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), responsible for various duties including Director of Court Operations, Communications and Outreach, and Strategic Plan Monitoring. From 2016 to 2020, they held the position of Director of Court Operations, overseeing multiple divisions and ensuring accurate maintenance of court records. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2016, they served as the Director of PMO and Process Improvement, providing strategic leadership for project management and leading process improvement efforts. Before joining the Orange County Clerk of Courts, Joyce worked as a Sr. Management Analyst at the same organization from 2008 to 2010. Joyce also has work experience at Embarq as a Financial Analyst from 2005 to 2007 and at Sprint Nextel as a Training Manager and Operations Manager from 2002 to 2006.

Joyce Boudoin began their education in 1986 at Florida State University - College of Business, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting. Joyce completed their studies in 1990. After a gap, they resumed their education in 2000 and attended The Institute of Theology and Ministry Training. There, they obtained a BS degree in Theology in 2003.
