Lynne L. Rudd, MS, SPHR, currently serves as the Manager of Organizational Development for the Orange County Clerk of Courts, where a strong emphasis on customer service is maintained. Previous experience includes a role as Senior Human Resources Manager at Sugar Foods Corporation, overseeing HR operations for a facility with over 600 employees, and as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Johnson Controls, where a customer-focused culture was promoted in a union environment. Additional experience at The Kroger Co. includes leading HR functions in a manufacturing setting with three labor unions and temporarily serving as Corporate Human Resources Manager and Manager of Corporate Learning Services. Educational credentials encompass a Master's Degree in Organizational Performance from Bellevue University, a B.A. in English/Education from Excelsior University, and an A.A. with Honors in Educational Concentration from Eastern Florida State College.
