Thomas Kelly

Thomas Kelly is currently working as a Training and Development Manager at Orange County Clerk of Courts since August 2022. Prior to this role, Thomas held the position of HR / Customer Service Manager at Legends from July 2020 to August 2022. With a background in talent development, Thomas also served as Manager at Universal Orlando Resort from October 2006 to July 2020. Thomas graduated from Rowan University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication and Media Studies.
