Tiffany Moore Russell

Tiffany Moore Russell has been working in the Orange County Government since November 2006, first as a Commissioner and currently as the Clerk of the Court since November 2014. Tiffany holds a J.D. in Law from Florida State University College of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of South Florida.
