Dillon Cassell is an experienced event coordinator and operations manager with a diverse background in managing events, facilities, and operational processes across several organizations. Currently serving as an Event Coordinator at OC Fair & Event Center since March 2023, Dillon is responsible for organizing events, coordinating personnel, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Prior experience includes directing facilities operations at Goodwill Southern California, where Dillon developed maintenance programs for operational equipment, and multiple roles at Gear Coop, where Dillon improved operational policies, trained staff, and achieved significant cost savings in inventory management. Dillon's career also includes event and operational roles at Rockreation Sport Climbing Centers and Barnes & Noble College, demonstrating strong leadership and customer service skills throughout.
