Michele Richards

Michele A. Richards has a diverse work experience spanning several positions. Michele A. started their career as the Manager of Training & Development and Employee Communications at AST Research from September 1992 until August 1996. From there, they established their own company called Michele A. Richards Organizational Development & Communications in August 1996, where they provided consulting services for various private and public companies. In 2012, they joined the OC Fair & Event Center, initially as the Vice President of Business Development Officer, responsible for multiple functions such as Communications, Marketing, Sales, Entertainment, Creative Services, and Community Relations. In December 2012, they became the Chief Executive Officer of the OC Fair & Event Center. Michele A. later served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer from October 2019 to December 2019.

Michele A. Richards obtained their BA degree in Business, Communications, and Journalism from the University of Georgia, where they attended from 1978 to 1981.
