Orange County Comptroller
Aileen Resnick currently serves as an Auditor at the Orange County Comptroller, a position held since August 2017. Prior experience includes serving as an Audit Intern within the same organization and working as a Tour Guide at Walt Disney World from April 2011 to September 2017. Aileen Resnick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Central Florida, earned between 2016 and 2018, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Health Services from the same university, completed in 2011.

The Comptroller is an elected official answering directly to the citizens of Orange County and serves as a check and balance for the public in the use of County resources. This results in heightened levels of transparency, the protection of public assets, and the greatest accounting integrity possible. Services performed by the County Comptroller can be classified into three broad categories: Financial, Audit, and Records Administration. The Comptroller’s specific roles include serving as chief financial officer, county auditor, Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners, recorder of official records, and custodian of county funds and records.
