Light And Sound Technician - On Call at Orange County Convention Center

Robert Dagit is an experienced technician and educator specializing in audio production and sound design. Currently serving as a technician for IATSE Local 631 and an adjunct professor at Valencia College, Robert also works as a light and sound technician on call for the Orange County Convention Center. Robert has a substantial background in audio engineering across various theaters, including the Garden Theatre, Inc. and Flagler College, as well as previous roles at the University of Central Florida as fine arts production manager. With a Master of Fine Arts in Sound Design and Technology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Theatre Arts from the University of Southern Indiana, Robert has contributed to numerous productions and developed systems for audio inventory and organization.
