Josephine He

Josephine He, CFA, FRM, currently serves as an Investment Officer at the Orange County Employees Retirement System since August 2023. Prior to this role, Josephine held various positions at Wilshire from January 2012 to August 2023, culminating in the role of Vice President focused on Quantitative Risk Management and Operations. Josephine's career also includes experience as a Business Analyst Intern at Athgo International and an Academic Tutor at A-Plus Learning Center, in addition to a Finance Analyst Intern role at Maxx-Marketing. Josephine holds a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics from UCLA.
