William Tsao has a range of work experience in various roles. William started their career as a Process Analyst at Warner Robins Air Logistics in 2010, where they worked until 2014. William then became a Change Management Specialist from 2014 to 2016, followed by being an EPSC 1st Line Supervisor from 2016 to 2017. From 2017 to 2020, they served as an EPSC Flight Chief at the same company. In 2020, they joined Air Force Global Strike Command as an Operations Research Analyst and remained in that role until 2023. Currently, they are the Director of Enterprise Project Management Office at Orange County Employees Retirement System.

William Tsao obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Mercer University - Stetson School of Business and Economics in 2007-2011. William then pursued a Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at Georgia College & State University from 2013-2015. In 2021, they obtained a Black Belt Certification (BB) from the United States Air Force.
