Brian Costanzo

Brian Costanzo has extensive experience in fire services, currently serving as a Fire Captain and previously as a Firefighter with the Orange County Fire Authority since January 2012. Prior to this, Brian worked as a Handcrew Firefighter for OCFA Crew 1 and gained valuable experience as a Firefighter with the USFS El Cariso Hotshots during the 2011 fire season. Additionally, Brian has served as a Type I Firefighter and EMT with the U.S. Forest Service, emphasizing wildland fire suppression and safety. Brian's early career in the US Navy as a Hospital Corpsman included two combat deployments to Iraq, where leadership and supervision of junior sailors were key responsibilities. Brian is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Studies with a leadership emphasis at the University of Massachusetts Global and has previously obtained degrees in Emergency Medical Technology and Organizational Leadership from various institutions.
