Kevin Fetterman

Kevin Fetterman serves as the Fire Division Chief for Orange County Fire Authority, overseeing divisional programs and services for the cities of Tustin, Villa Park, and Yorba Linda since April 2006. In this role, Kevin functions as an Operational Emerging Technology Subject Matter Expert and manages an Incident Management Team, establishing and achieving divisional goals while addressing technical and administrative challenges. Kevin has held various leadership positions, including Incident Commander and Plans Team Manager for FEMA's Urban Search and Rescue efforts, and has extensive experience in training, coaching, and evaluating staff. Kevin's educational pursuits include a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from California Coast University and training focused on decision-making in complex environments from The Wharton School, highlighting a commitment to ongoing professional development.
