Orange County Health Psychologists

OC Health Psychologists offers psychotherapy services for individuals, couples and families. All of our providers are skilled in treating the problems that often bring people to therapy, such as depression, anxiety, trauma and abuse, stress, and interpersonal struggles. We use treatment methods, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, that have been proven by credible research to be highly effective. Our approach is positive and based on healing the combined mind, body and spirit. Our psychologists and therapists each have specialized training in a specific area of clinical health psychology such as cardiac psychology, oncology, chronic pain, geriatrics, pediatrics, addiction, eating disorders, sexual health and sleep disorders. We recognize that health problems frequently negatively impact our mood, relationships, life satisfaction or quality of life, just as emotions and thoughts can impact our bodies' ability to heal from disease and illness. We work closely with our patients to change harmful health behaviors such as addiction and eating disorders. The clinical health psychology focus of our group allows us to work collaboratively with Orange County physicians, offering an effective resource for integrated behavioral health care. If you are a physician and are interested in referring patients, or would like more information on co-located care with one of our providers at your office, we'd love to hear from you.
