Carlos Robles is an experienced professional currently serving as the Success Center Manager at Orange County Rescue Mission since March 2019. In this role, Carlos counsels students on career and vocational goals, develops individualized education plans, and provides job readiness instruction. Prior to this, Carlos held various positions at ResCare Workforce Services from May 2008 to March 2019, including Training Supervisor and Program Supervisor, where responsibilities included training staff, facilitating employee development, and managing hiring processes. Earlier in the career, Carlos worked as an Equity Loan Processor at Navy Federal Credit Union. Carlos holds a Diploma in Arts of Religion from Valor Christian College, earned between 2003 and 2005.
