Steven Johnston has extensive experience in the accounting and customer service fields. Currently serving as an Accounting Clerk at Orange County Rescue Mission since April 2014, Steven is responsible for coding and batching incoming donations and managing data in a Salesforce cloud-based database, along with verifying mathematical accuracy of documents. Prior to this role, Steven worked as a Customer Service Representative at Ansafone Contact Centers from November 2006 to April 2012, where responsibilities included handling health insurance claims and managing annuities in a call center environment.
