Anthony Phan

Anthony Phan, P.E. has a diverse range of experience in engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Resident Engineer at OCSD, Anthony previously held similar positions at Jacobs and J.F. Shea Co., Inc., as well as a Field Engineer role at both companies. Early career experiences include an internship at Daniel Mechanical Company and a position as a Recreation Specialist with the City of Garden Grove.
