Hari Jayadevan

Director, Court Technology Services at Orange County Superior Court

Hari Jayadevan has more than 20 years of work experience in various roles, primarily in the technology sector. Hari started their career as a Systems Analyst at IBM in 1996 and then worked as a Software Engineer at Intel Corporation from 1997 to 1999. Hari later joined Nike as a Software Engineer in 1999. In 1999, they also began working at Orange County Superior Court, where they held several positions including Senior Systems Analyst, DBA Supervisor, and Technology Manager. Currently, Hari serves as the Director of Court Technology Services at Orange County Superior Court, responsible for overseeing the court's technology needs and managing a team of professionals.

Hari Jayadevan obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in the field of study of Master of Business Administration (MBA) from California State University, Fullerton, from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from the College of Engineering Trivandrum, from 1982 to 1987. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Project Management (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in October 2006.

Orange County Superior Court

The Superior Court of California, County of Orange, is the fifth largest trial court in the nation. The Court handles over 500,000 annual case filings and serves the County’s population, which exceeds 3 million. The Court operates five justice centers, in eight locations throughout Orange County, and handles all types of state cases including civil, criminal, traffic, family, juvenile, and probate. We have over 140 judicial officer positions and employ over 1500 people in more than 70 different job classifications to perform a wide range of functions including accounting, office and courtroom support, computer programming and system support, legal research, family mediation services, and administrative management.
