Pawan Sarna has a strong background in information technology infrastructure. Pawan started their career as a Unix Systems Administrator at Tata Chemicals in 1994 and then moved on to work as a Senior Systems Administrator at the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing from 1997 to 2000. Pawan joined CareerPath Inc as a Senior Systems Administrator in 2000 and was involved in the setup of their new website. In the same year, they also worked at Gannett Inc as a Senior Unix Administrator, where they set up the new USA Today web site's Jobs section. Pawan then joined Panasonic in 2001, where they served as an IT Manager. During their time at Panasonic, they managed 24/7 IT operations and was responsible for the performance monitoring and troubleshooting of Unix/Linux servers. Pawan also played a key role in designing and implementing the Oracle ERP environment on Sun/Oracle/Linux physical and virtual environments. Pawan later joined the Orange County Superior Court in 2015, first as a Senior Manager and then as the Director of Information Technology Infrastructure.
Pawan Sarna attended Punjab Engineering College from 1990 to 1994, where they received an Engineer's Degree in Electrical Engineering.

The Superior Court of California, County of Orange, is the fifth largest trial court in the nation. The Court handles over 500,000 annual case filings and serves the County’s population, which exceeds 3 million. The Court operates five justice centers, in eight locations throughout Orange County, and handles all types of state cases including civil, criminal, traffic, family, juvenile, and probate. We have over 140 judicial officer positions and employ over 1500 people in more than 70 different job classifications to perform a wide range of functions including accounting, office and courtroom support, computer programming and system support, legal research, family mediation services, and administrative management.
