Lydia Bilynsky, CPSM, CPSD, is an experienced professional in capital projects and contract administration, currently serving as Section Manager III at the Orange County Transportation Authority since June 2015, while also holding the position of Principal Contract Administrator since 2013. Prior to this, Lydia worked as a Senior Purchasing and Contracts Analyst at the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada from 2005 to 2013. Lydia earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on International Business from California State University, Los Angeles.
