Joe Vicente

Joe Vicente possesses extensive experience in transit program management, currently serving as the Transit Programs Manager at OCTA since January 2009, specializing in the acquisition and operation of advanced technologies for bus operations. Prior roles include Sr. Project Manager at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority from 2007 to 2008, where Joe managed the implementation of critical systems, and Assistant Director of ITS at LACMTA from 1975 to 2005, overseeing various technology initiatives in transit operations. Joe holds a degree from Feati University and has furthered education at Cal State Long Beach, Cal State LA, and Cal State Dominguez Hills.
