Rachel O'Connell

Rachel O'Connell possesses a diverse background in community investment and grants management, currently serving as the Manager of Community Investments and Data at Orange County United Way since January 2020. Through various roles within the organization, including Grants Management Specialist and Grants and Special Projects Coordinator, Rachel has developed expertise in monitoring project progress, training grantees, and managing a multicultural team. Prior experience encompasses positions at Ultimate HR Solutions, United to End Homelessness, and Home, among others, where Rachel gained foundational administrative and client support skills. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from California State University, Fullerton, and an Associate of Arts from Golden West College.
