Carolyn Christian

Carolyn Christian, MSHR, SHRM-SCP has an extensive work experience. Carolyn is currently serving as the President of Orange County Wine Society and has been a Board Member since 2020. Carolyn has previously held various positions at the California League of Park Associations (CALPA), including Vice President of Education and Outreach and President. Carolyn also worked at Princess Cruises as a Benefits Manager and Program Manager for Global Employee Benefits. Carolyn has experience as the President of Friends of Pio Pico, Inc. and as the Benefits & Wellness Manager at RSI Home Products. Additionally, Carolyn has served as the Director/Secretary at Orange County Wine Society and as a Benefits Manager at CorVel Corporation. Carolyn has also worked as an Account Manager at Univers Workplace Benefits, where they were responsible for setting up benefit enrollments for various companies. Prior to that, they were a Sr. Benefits Analyst at New Century Mortgage. Carolyn took a medical leave in 2007 to care for a parent. Carolyn'swork experience is diverse and showcases their expertise in various roles within the field of human resources and employee benefits management.

Carolyn Christian, MSHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources from Pepperdine University, which they obtained in 2021. Carolyn also earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Social Science from UC Irvine between 1995 and 2000. Carolyn'searlier education includes a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Anthropology from The University of New Mexico, which they completed from 1989 to 1994, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Master of Arts (MA) degrees in Anthropology from California State University, Fullerton, obtained from 1987 to 1994. Carolyn completed their secondary education at Tustin High School from 1979 to 1983. Carolyn has also obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
