Raphael Alemany

Raphael ALEMANY has extensive experience in project management and customer service within the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Responsable du service client at Orange Cyberdefense since March 2021, Raphael oversees governance during the operational phase of contracts with significant clients. Prior roles include Chef de Projet IT at Orange Business Services, where responsibilities involved managing IT application projects, and Chef de projet at Econocom, overseeing a nationwide network of 14,000 terminals. Other positions held encompass roles in business development with Script&Go, project management at TecControl and Alcatel-Lucent, and engineering roles at Ericsson and CEA. Raphael ALEMANY holds an engineering degree from ESIGELEC and a Master’s degree in TIC Engineering for Eco-activities from Université de Rennes I.
