Sharlen Casner

Sharlen Casner has over eighteen years of work experience in Human Resources and related fields. Sharlen began their career in 2002 as the Chief Financial Officer for Midwest Theological Seminary. In 2005, they became the Payroll Administrator for Preferred Family Healthcare. From 2007 to 2017, they held the role of Human Resources Manager for JCI Industries, Inc., a customer-focused sales and service organization providing superior Industrial, Environmental and Municipal products. From 2015 to 2020, they were the HR Generalist II for Samson Dental Partners, LLC. Sharlen then moved into the role of Human Resources Manager for Garden Valley Healthcare Center (CommuniCare Family of Companies). Currently, they are the Human Resources Director for Orange EV.

Sharlen Casner is currently enrolled at Southwest Baptist University.
