Mangala Ganegoda has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, having worked as a Restaurant Floor Manager at Orange Hospitality Limited and a Floor Supervisor at Il Borro Tuscan Bistro Dubai. Prior to this, Mangala also held the role of Restaurant Captain at Hilton Worldwide for over 15 years.
