Ahmad Abu Diab has a strong background in the telecommunications industry. Ahmad started their career in 2006 at Jordan Telecom Group as a Storage and Tools Section Head, where they were responsible for managing storage platforms, SAN switches, and backup and monitoring tools. In 2008, they became the Data Center Services Manager at Jordan Telecom Group-Orange, overseeing data center services including storage and backup environments. In 2012, they joined Orange Jordan as IT & Managed Services Operations Director, where they led and managed IT operations, including data centers, managed services, databases, applications, and end-user support. Ahmad later held various sales roles, including Sales Director and ICT and Enterprise Key Account Sales Director. Ahmad excelled in managing sales activities, leading cross-functional teams, and developing ICT and MSP business.
Ahmad Abu Diab obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Mutah University, graduating between the years of 1992 and 1997.
