Razan Abdeen

Razan Abdeen's work experience includes various roles at different companies. From 2001 to 2005, they worked as a Sales & Marketing Manager at Rami Abdeen & Partners Company. Then, at Orange Jordan, they held multiple positions, including Quality Management & Control Team Leader from 2005 to 2011. From 2011 to 2021, they served as the Organization Development Manager, where they managed training and development, talent management, and performance management functions. Additionally, they held the role of Quality Management Systems Manager, where they improved quality management processes and conducted internal audits. Currently, they are the Culture and People Development Director at Orange Jordan.

Razan Abdeen completed their High School education at Sisters of Nazareth School, studying Tawjihi. Razan then pursued their Masters in Business Administration at Al-Jami'ah Al-Urdunia from 1996 to 2001.
