Briana Attinger

Briana Attinger has a diverse work experience spanning a range of industries. Briana began their career at Olive Garden in 2011 as a Certified Trainer, responsible for training new hires and providing exceptional customer service. Briana later advanced to the role of Lead Service Team Member, excelling in various positions within the restaurant.

In 2015, Briana worked as a Legal Intern at McKinney & Malapit Corp, where they conducted legal research, assisted in drafting legal pleadings, and summarized discovery. Briana also gained experience in the legal field as a Legal Administrative Assistant at Bleecker Brodey & Andrews, specializing in civil collections and providing administrative support to attorneys.

Following their time in the legal field, Briana joined Liberty Mutual Insurance in 2016 as an Insurance Defense Paralegal. In this role, they remotely provided insurance defense expertise, reviewed complex insurance contracts, and investigated and defended various types of claims.

From 2018 to 2019, Briana worked at Stericycle Communication Solutions as a HIPAA Compliance Manager and later as a Contract Specialist. In these roles, they oversaw compliance programs, managed communication service contracts, and provided guidance and support to the sales team.

In 2019, Briana transitioned to Stericycle as a Manager of Compliance - Ethics and Compliance, Data Privacy/HIPAA, and Contracting. Briana reported to the EVP Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer and was responsible for providing expertise in training, ethics communication campaigns, and the development of the new Code of Conduct.

Most recently, Briana joined Orange Logic in 2021 as a Compliance Manager. In this role, they focus on ensuring compliance throughout the organization.

Throughout their career, Briana has demonstrated their versatility, adaptability, and commitment to delivering exceptional results in various industries.

Briana Attinger attended Ball State University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. Briana'sfield of study was in the ABA Approved Legal Studies Program, with a business option. In addition to their degree, Briana Attinger has also obtained several certifications. In April 2016, they acquired the ACA Healthcare Collection Management certification from ACA International, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals. In January 2023, they obtained certifications in "Building an ISO 27001-Compliant Cybersecurity Program: Getting Started" and "GDPR Compliance: Essential Training" from LinkedIn. Briana also acquired the "PCI 4.0 First Look" certification from LinkedIn in the same month.
