Mr. Ramesh has more than 22+ years of experience in various Risk functions including Credit, Audit, Risk Control, Fraud Containment, and Operational Risk.

In his career stint, he has been a Key member of the Risk Review function and certified the Branches on Risk adherence, Started File Quality Review Function, and closely worked with the policy team in bringing in best practices across organization.

Has managed various process changes seamlessly including Centralization of the process both at the State and Regional levels.

He has worked with organizations like Ashok Leyland Finance, ING Vysya Bank, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, and Fullerton India Credit Company Limited.

He was heading South Region - Risk (Underwriting) for Unsecured products at Fullerton India in his last stint and was well applauded for his ability in building strong processes, by implementing the Centralization of Underwriting.
