Jennifer Roberts has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jennifer started their career as an Assistant at Iowa Title & Escrow Services, Inc. in 2001, where they handled various financial and administrative tasks related to mortgage settlements and title policies. Jennifer then worked as a Paralegal at Randall & Nelson, P.L.C., focusing on areas such as probation, real estate, criminal, and family law.

In 2003, Jennifer joined SWISHER & COHRT, PLC as a Paralegal, continuing their work in general legal research and assistance, as well as specific tasks related to personal injury and workers' compensation cases. Jennifer later moved on to Pappajohn Shriver Eide & Nielsen P.C. as a Legal Assistant, where they gained experience in supporting attorneys with research, document preparation, and trial preparation for various legal matters.

Jennifer's career took a different direction in 2006 when they transitioned to Orange Tree Employment Screening. Jennifer began as a Research Assistant, conducting research tasks and providing support to the organization. Over the years, they progressed to the role of Lead Research Specialist, taking on more responsibilities in research and analysis.

In 2019, Jennifer became an Operations Supervisor at Orange Tree, where they not only supported the team in background screening tasks but also played a vital role in training, performance monitoring, and addressing any work quality issues. In 2022, they were promoted to the position of Operations Manager, responsible for overall operations and management of labor, productivity, and quality control. Jennifer'sfocus included enhancing operational procedures, implementing automation, and seeking process improvements within different departments.

As of the present, Jennifer is the Director of Operations at Orange Tree Employment Screening, further consolidating their expertise in operational management.

Jennifer Roberts attended West Hancock High School from 1986 to 1999, where they received a diploma in general studies. After completing high school, they attended Iowa Lakes Community College from 1999 to 2001, earning an Associate of Science degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal. Later, Jennifer pursued higher education at Buena Vista University from 2008 to 2010 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services with an emphasis on Psychology. In addition to their formal education, Jennifer obtained certifications in "Become a Customer Service Specialist" and "Writing Customer Service Emails" from LinkedIn in May 2018.
