Allison Tinney

Allison Tinney is a Senior Program Manager at Orange Business Services, part of the France Telecom Group, where responsibilities include managing the implementation of both simple and complex projects from planning to delivery, as well as designing and creating Method of Procedures (MOPs) for intricate projects since April 2008. Prior experience includes serving as a Field Engineer at Telecom Professional Services, focusing on upgrading NEC equipment for major telecommunications companies, and working as a Project Manager for Winstar Communications, overseeing new satellite services. Earlier roles involved sales support at Telco Communications Group Inc. and Excel Telecommunications, transitioning from customer service to supporting the sales team. Allison is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration at Northern Virginia Community College, while previously earning social science degrees from that institution and Luzerne County Community College.
