Edwin Lawrence Josiah is a certified sous chef with extensive experience in culinary arts, including 14 years of practical cooking and menu development. They currently serve as an executive head chef at Orange since 2021, and previously worked at RLJ Kendeja Resort & Villas, advancing from cook to chef. Edwin received their culinary education from World Chef Global Qualification, where they earned their certification, and from Eastern Polytechnic, where they obtained a national diploma in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management.
