Razvan Buta

Razvan Buta is a seasoned RAN Automation Architect with extensive experience in radio network development and traffic management. They began their career as Chief of Radio Workshop at the Ministry of Defense before working as a Radio Design Engineer at Orange Romania from 2001 to 2003. Since then, Razvan has held the position of RAN Dimensioning Expert and Traffic Project Manager at Orange Romania, where they define radio network strategies and manage the implementation of capacity-enhancing actions. They hold degrees from Academia Tehnica Militara and the University of Bucharest.
