Connie Baringer

Connie Baringer is the Director of Talent & Culture at OrangeGrid. Connie has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, and has been with OrangeGrid since September 2009.

Prior to joining OrangeGrid, Connie was the Director of Staffing at Henderson Taylor / Insurance Staffing Solutions. Connie was responsible for all aspects of staffing, including job analysis, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer presentation.

Connie has also served as the President of Q Staffing Services / Connec Staff and as the Assistant Vice President of Insurance Overload Staffing. In these roles, they were responsible for developing staffing strategies, conducting job analysis, and sourcing and screening candidates.

Connie is a highly skilled Human Resources professional with a passion for building strong cultures and developing talent. Connie is a strategic thinker who is able to identify opportunities and create solutions that drive positive results.
