Thilanka Kaushalya

Thilanka Kaushalya possesses over a decade of experience in software architecture and technical leadership, currently serving as Associate CTO at OrangeHRM since December 2011. In this role, Thilanka has initiated the migration of frontend applications to a Vue.js-based stack and implemented an integration platform for enterprise application connections. Previous positions include Senior Software Architect, where Thilanka designed an ESB architecture for integrations, and Senior Technical Lead, focusing on transitioning to a REST API backend. Thilanka's career began with contributions to phpMyAdmin and Sahana Software Foundation during competitive programming contests, alongside an internship at Respere. Thilanka holds an MSc in Computer Science, specializing in Software Architecture, and a BSc in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Moratuwa.
