Brandon Brassett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical recruitment and medical analytics. In addition to this role, Brandon has been a Senior Medical Analyst at SCIO Health Analytics® since April 2016, where responsibilities include communication with patients about denied claims and liaising with medical insurance companies to resolve issues. Previously, Brandon worked as an AT&T Trainer at Lemonpeak from August 2018 to June 2021, where training new sales teams and managing escalation calls were key duties.
