Tim McGarrigal

Tim McGarrigal is a seasoned fitness and performing arts professional, currently serving as a Coach at Orangetheory Fitness since November 2019. McGarrigal has directed and choreographed productions, including "West Side Story" during a tenure at Ohana Summer Arts in June 2024. Experience includes roles as Flex at StretchLab Franchise and Group Fitness Instructor at Equinox, along with teaching positions as a Guest Professor at AMDA College and Conservatory of the Performing Arts and an Adjunct Professor at Montclair State University. Notable choreography credits include work at Berkshire Theatre Festival and American Musical and Dramatic Academy. McGarrigal holds an MFA in Acting from The George Washington University and two BFA degrees in Acting from the University of Connecticut.
