Meredith Worden

Meredith Worden, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a People & Culture Partner at Orangewood Foundation since February 2021, having previously held the role of Senior Generalist in the same department. Prior experience includes serving as Operations & HR Manager at CrowdVision, where responsibilities involved leading US operations in human resources and compliance, while also fostering a cohesive corporate culture across international teams. Prior to this, Meredith was the Human Resources Lead and Office Manager at iinside, contributing to high-level strategic decisions alongside the CEO, and held roles at Capture Group, advancing from Office Manager to Human Resources/Accounting Manager. Educational credentials include a BFA in Film & Television Production from New York University, supplemented by certificates in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University and Diversity and Inclusion for HR from Cornell University.
