Niels Klaassen

Niels Klaassen is a Project Manager in Data Management at Oranje Fonds since March 2024, focusing on measuring the impact of the organization effectively. Previously, Niels held various roles at Tata Steel Nederland from October 2021 to March 2024, including Project Leader for Compliance Dashboarding and Business Process Consultant, where responsibilities included developing a Full Stack application and overseeing SAP-PM implementation. Niels has also worked as a Senior Maintenance Consultant at Veerenstael, Project Leader for Asset Management Experience at the Netherlands Enterprise Agency, and Project Leader for Maximo Implementation at EQUANS. Earlier experience includes roles at DBA.nl and VolkerRail, where Niels managed databases, led migration projects, and was responsible for the maintenance process of railway systems. Niels holds a Bachelor of Business Engineering from the HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and has completed coursework in Econometrics at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
